3. After each parking shift, the dust, oil stains, and broken wires on the guide surface of the turntable, curved grooves, upper and lower spindles, and swing rods should be promptly cleaned.

4. During the operation of the rope and cable weaving machine, attention should be paid to observing the machine and regularly checking whether the lubricating oil can smoothly reach the lubrication point from the pipeline. The rotating parts of the swing arm bracket must be filled with butter, and it must be filled with butter every 120 hours of operation.

5. Any machine operating components that cannot be involved in the automatic lubrication system should be regularly manually lubricated. The pitch exchange gear, retractable gear, and traction worm gear should be lubricated with industrial grease once per shift; Add industrial engine oil several times per shift to the light rod of the cable setter; The oil nozzles with seat bearings at both ends of the flat rod and the active gear shaft of the wire feeder should be refueled once per shift.

6. If there is an unknown shutdown situation, corresponding troubleshooting can be carried out based on the alarm flashing light signal appearing on the "Fault Alarm" screen; If there are frequent shutdowns without alarm signals that occur at the same time as the oil pump alarm setting, the oil pump should be checked Is the oil circuit normal; If it is found that the lubricating oil cannot reach the lubrication point, the fault must be eliminated before restarting.

7. During the operation of the rope and cable weaving machine, it is not allowed to replace the hanging wheels. Regular attention should be paid to whether all parts of the equipment are operating normally. Operators should not leave their work posts without permission or hand them over to people without operating certificates. If the equipment malfunctions, it should be stopped in a timely manner and repaired with the assistance of repair personnel before restarting;

8. After the work is completed, cut off the main power supply, clean the work site, remove the hairs and dust on the flower plate, wipe all parts of the equipment, store the remaining hanging wheels in the designated area, arrange them neatly, fill out the process flow card and various reports and records, and do a good job of handover.
